Act as the central link between Corporate HR and the HR teams across all 10+ units.
Analysis costs, and prepare MIS reports (including headcount, attrition, and manpower cost budget vs. actual) for management review.
Identify process gaps and recommend continuous improvements to enhance operational efficiency..
Collaborate with Plant HR teams to ensure smooth communication and effective implementation of HR directives.
Coordinate with plants to ensure timely data collection.
