Job Description

1. Plant HR Leadership:

  • Act as the HR business partner for the plant, driving HR strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead the HR team at the plant and oversee daily HR operations.

2. Employee Relations & Welfare:

  • Serve as the Welfare Officer (as per Punjab rules) and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and industrial relations proactively.
  • Implement welfare programs, employee engagement initiatives, and productivity enhancement measures.

3. Recruitment & Talent Management:

  • Drive recruitment for plant operations, including shop floor, technical, and managerial roles.
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and career development programs.

4. Compliance & Statutory Management:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations.
  • Maintain all HR records and reports for audits and inspections.

5. Performance & Compensation:

  • Implement performance appraisal systems and reward & recognition programs.
  • Monitor and manage compensation and benefits for plant employees.

6. HR Projects & Initiatives:

  • Lead HR projects such as culture building, safety, and organizational development initiatives.
