3. Audit Management
Plan and conduct internal audits.
Coordinate and handle external and customer audits.
Ensure implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) based on audit findings.
4. Management Review
Organize Management Review Meetings (MRM).
Prepare reports related to quality performance.
Support management in continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Customer & Supplier Quality
Handle customer complaints and quality issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Monitor and improve supplier quality performance.
