Job Description

  • Handle export and import consignments including documentation and coordination
  • Manage customs clearance activities in coordination with CHA agents
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and shipping lines
  • Plan and track domestic transportation and deliveries
  • Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments
  • Maintain proper documentation for all shipments (invoices, packing lists, BL, etc.)
  • Monitor shipment status and resolve delays or issues proactively
  • Optimize logistics costs and improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
