Job Description

  • Manage and supervise all lab testing activities related to fabric and garments
  • Ensure fabric testing for GSM, shrinkage, color fastness, strength, and quality standards
  • Maintain proper records of lab reports and test results
  • Coordinate with merchandising, production, and quality teams
  • Ensure compliance with buyer and company quality standards
  • Monitor calibration and maintenance of lab equipment
  • Support in pre-production and bulk production approvals
