Waste Identification & Reduction: Analyze production processes to identify and eliminate non-value-added activities (waste) to boost productivity.
Shop Floor Management (Gemba): Spend maximum time on the production floor (Gemba) to monitor operations, troubleshoot, and identify practical problems.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily shift reports, production logs, quality check sheets, and Kaizen improvement reports.
Training & Mentoring: Train shop-floor staff in 5S standards, safety, and operational improvements.
Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols (PPE), ISO standards, and quality specifications.
