Job Description

  • Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and record daily financial transactions.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Issue invoices to customers, process vendor payments, and reconcile accounts.
  • Reconciliation & Reporting: Perform bank reconciliations and assist in preparing monthly financial reports (e.g., balance sheets, P&L).
  • Closing & Audits: Support month-end/year-end closing processes and assist with audit preparations.
  • Compliance & Payroll: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and assist with payroll processing.
