Perform in-process welding operations as per WPS, drawings, and control plan
Operate MIG welding, IT gun, and spot welding machines
Ensure correct weld parameters, sequence, and fixture usage
Check weld quality (penetration, nugget size, spatter, burn-through, alignment)
Carry out self-inspection during production
Identify defects and immediately inform supervisor / quality team
Maintain production and quality records
Ensure safety practices, PPE usage, and 5S on shop floor
Support trial runs, line audits, and customer requirements
