Overall responsibility for HR & Admin functions of the plant
Manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and induction
Handle statutory compliance & labor laws (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act, CLRA, Shops & Establishment)
Maintain attendance, payroll coordination, and wage records
Manage contract labor & labor contractors
Handle employee relations, discipline, grievances, and engagement
Support ISO / IATF audits with HR documentation
Implement HR policies, SOPs, and performance management systems
Coordinate training & skill development for shop-floor and staff
Manage admin activities: security, housekeeping, canteen, transport
Liaison with labor department and external agencies
