Job Description

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify manpower requirements.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract quality talent.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions and maintain recruitment metrics.

Employee Relations

  • Foster a positive work environment and employee engagement culture.
  • Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
  • Conduct employee counseling and conflict resolution initiatives.
  • Drive employee retention and satisfaction programs.

Performance Management

  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
  • Support goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Partner with leadership to identify training and development needs.
  • Track and improve employee productivity and performance.

Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
  • Maintain records related to PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, Factory Act, and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate audits and inspections by government authorities.
  • Update management on changes in labor legislation.

Payroll & HR Operations

  • Coordinate monthly payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage employee attendance, leave, and HRIS records.
  • Oversee onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
  • Ensure proper documentation and employee data management.

Industrial Relations

  • Maintain harmonious relationships between management and workforce.
  • Handle union interactions, negotiations, and dispute resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with industrial relations policies and procedures.
  • Support plant operations by maintaining a stable industrial climate.
