Job Description

1. Business Development & Strategy

  • Define and execute sales strategies for Railways & Metro vertical
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Track industry trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities
  • Build long-term growth pipeline aligned with organizational goals

2. Tendering & Contracts

  • Lead end-to-end tendering process (RFQs, RFPs, EOIs)
  • Review and finalize techno-commercial proposals
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements

3. Key Account Management

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Railways & Metro authorities
  • Manage large and strategic accounts
  • Act as the primary interface for high-value clients

4. Technical & Commercial Solutions

  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver customized solutions
  • Present value propositions and technical solutions to clients
  • Ensure alignment between client needs and company offerings

5. Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the sales & BD team
  • Set performance targets and monitor KPIs
  • Drive a high-performance, result-oriented culture
