Job Description

  • Set up and operate CNC and conventional grinding machines for ID, OD, and face grinding operations.
  • Ensure required dimensional accuracy, roundness, and surface finish as per drawing specifications.
  • Monitor and control machining parameters such as feed, speed, depth of cut, and coolant flow.
  • Conduct in-process inspection using measuring instruments like micrometers, bore gauges, and dial indicators.
  • Identify and troubleshoot machining defects such as taper, chatter marks, burn marks, and size variation.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain cleanliness of the work area.
  • Follow production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures.
