Job Description

1. Sales Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
  • Drive expansion across General Trade, Modern Trade, and alternate channels
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments

2. Channel Management

  • Lead and scale sales across:
    • General Trade (distributors, wholesalers)
    • Modern Trade (organized retail chains)
    • HORECA & Institutional sales
    • B2B and OEM partnerships
    • Emerging channels (e-commerce, quick commerce, etc.)

3. Team Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and lead a large, geographically distributed sales team
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive accountability
  • Foster a high-performance, result-oriented culture

4. Key Account Management

  • Manage relationships with key clients, retail chains, and institutional buyers
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and long-term agreements

5. Market Expansion & Execution

  • Strengthen distribution network across India
  • Ensure effective execution of trade marketing initiatives
  • Monitor competition, pricing, and market trends

6. P&L Ownership

  • Own and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and profitability
  • Optimize cost structures and improve margins
