Job Description

  1. Supervise daily operations of the service floor.
  2. Ensure service processes are followed efficiently.
  3. Allocate work to service advisors and technicians.
  4. Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
  5. Manage spare parts inventory in coordination with parts department.
  6. Resolve escalated customer complaints promptly.
