Job Description

  • System Monitoring & Control: Constantly monitor gauges, meters, and control panels to ensure boilers operate within safe limits.
  • Operational Adjustments: Adjust valves, fuel feeds, and draft fans to maintain proper steam pressure and temperature.
  • Maintenance & Repair: Lubricate moving parts, clean burner tips, test water quality, and repair or replace boiler parts.
  • Safety Compliance: Perform daily inspections of safety devices and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of fuel usage, water levels, and operational data.
