Job Description

  • Handle daily milk procurement activities from village collection centers.
  • Monitor milk quantity and quality at procurement points.
  • Ensure proper functioning of VLCs/MCCs and related equipment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dairy farmers and local societies.
  • Identify new villages and farmers for milk procurement expansion.
  • Coordinate transportation and timely dispatch of milk.
  • Maintain procurement records, farmer data, and daily reports.
  • Support implementation of company policies and field programs.
  • Resolve field-level operational issues promptly.
  • Ensure hygiene, quality standards, and compliance during milk collection.
