Job Description

  • Team Leadership: Supervising field staff, assigning tasks, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Operational Oversight: Monitoring daily activities to ensure compliance with project plans, quality standards, and company procedures.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforcing OSHA and company-specific safety regulations to minimize on-site risks.
  • Project Management: Maintaining schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring necessary materials and equipment are available.
  • Reporting & Communication: Providing updates to upper management regarding progress, obstacles, and budget status.
  • Problem Resolution: Addressing and resolving technical issues, client complaints, or staff conflicts on-site.
