Job Description

  • Supervise daily milk collection activities at BMC and MCC level.
  • Ensure procurement targets are achieved efficiently.
  • Monitor milk quality parameters and maintain hygiene standards.
  • Coordinate with dairy farmers, collection agents, and transporters.
  • Handle milk collection records, reporting, and documentation.
  • Ensure timely transportation of milk to processing units.
  • Resolve operational issues at collection centers.
  • Support farmer engagement and maintain good relationships in procurement areas.
  • Report daily procurement data and field activities to the procurement team/management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and dairy quality standards.
