Job Description

  • Coordinate with dairy farmers and milk suppliers
  • Support milk collection and procurement activities
  • Visit villages and collection centers regularly
  • Maintain daily reports and operational records
  • Assist in farmer onboarding and engagement
  • Ensure timely communication between company and field teams
  • Monitor milk quantity and basic quality parameters
  • Resolve field-level operational issues
  • Promote company services and maintain good farmer relations
