Job Description

  • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plastic injection/blow moulds
  • Troubleshoot mould-related issues to minimize production downtime
  • Carry out mould assembly, dismantling, cleaning, and polishing
  • Inspect mould components and ensure proper functioning
  • Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of moulds
  • Suggest improvements to enhance mould life and performance
