Job Description

  • Source and procure IT hardware and software products from authorized vendors and distributors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and OEM partners.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Validate margins and ensure profitability on procurement transactions.
  • Review and manage commercial contracts, quotations, and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams for order fulfillment.
  • Monitor vendor performance and resolve procurement-related issues.
  • Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Ensure timely procurement, delivery, and inventory coordination.
