Job Description

  1. Plan, organize, and manage production for Control Panel, Weld Shop, Press Shop, and Assembly departments.
  2. Ensure production strictly adheres to engineering drawings and specifications.
  3. Monitor production schedules and workflow to meet deadlines efficiently.
  4. Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance across all production areas.
  5. Optimize resource allocation and coordinate with procurement and inventory teams.
  6. Lead, mentor, and motivate production staff to achieve departmental targets.
  7. Identify process improvements and implement efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
  8. Liaise with engineering, design, and quality teams to resolve production challenges.
