Job Description

Contract Management

  • Review, analyze, and evaluate contract documents, tender documents, and commercial agreements.
  • Identify contractual, commercial, legal, and operational risks.
  • Develop strategies for risk mitigation and contract optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.

Commercial Negotiation

  • Lead negotiations with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and consortium partners.
  • Finalize commercial terms and conditions for major projects and business opportunities.
  • Structure contracts to achieve favorable commercial outcomes while maintaining compliance and competitiveness.

Tendering & Bidding

  • Review RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and tender documents.
  • Support bid teams in preparing commercial and contractual submissions.
  • Analyze tender conditions and recommend exceptions, deviations, and negotiation points.
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings and commercial discussions.

Contract Finalization

  • Coordinate with legal, finance, technical, and project teams to finalize contracts.
  • Ensure all negotiated terms are accurately reflected in final agreements.
  • Manage contract execution and approval processes.

Strategic Support

  • Advise senior management on contractual risks and commercial opportunities.
  • Support expansion into domestic and international markets through effective contract structuring.
  • Develop best practices, templates, and governance frameworks for contract management.
