Job Description

  • Handle all legal and statutory matters of the organization
  • Ensure compliance with labour and industrial laws
  • Manage land and revenue matters (mutation, acquisition, disputes, etc.)
  • Draft and review agreements, contracts, and legal documents
  • Handle litigation and coordinate with external advocates
  • Liaise with government departments and regulatory authorities
