Job Description

A. Plant Maintenance & Automation

  • Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot CNC, VMC, EDM, Wirecut EDM, Milling, SPM, Injection Molding, Extrusion, Heat Treatment, and Braiding machines.
  • Handle controllers such as Fanuc, Siemens (802D/810D/840D), and Mitsubishi.

B. PLC, SCADA & Control Systems

  • Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs (Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley).
  • Manage HMI, SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols (Profibus, Ethernet, remote access).
  • Diagnose and resolve PLC I/O and communication failures.

C. Machine Installation & Commissioning

  • Lead installation, commissioning, and validation of new machines and equipment.
  • Support automation integration and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
  • Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams for project execution.

D. Robotics & Automation

  • Install, program, and maintain ABB robots (IRB 140 & IRB 340).
  • Ensure seamless integration of robotics with production lines.

E. Utility & Plant Operations

  • Maintain utilities including DG sets, air compressors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Monitor plant parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow, and humidity.
  • Oversee STP/ETP operations and ensure environmental compliance.

F. Electrical Systems Management

  • Design and maintain electrical panels for SPM and plant equipment.
  • Manage HT/LT systems, transformers, switchgear, and power distribution.
  • Ensure effective preventive and predictive electrical maintenance.

G. Continuous Improvement & Compliance

  • Implement cost-saving and energy-efficient initiatives (LCA, Poka-Yoke).
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS, TPM, and TQM standards.
  • Prepare and maintain audit documentation and reports.
