Job Description

  • Operate and monitor dahi (curd) production and fermentation processes
  • Maintain proper temperature, timing, and culture conditions for curd setting
  • Ensure hygiene and sanitation of production area, tools, and equipment
  • Handle milk pasteurization, inoculation, incubation, and cooling processes
  • Monitor product quality during each stage of production
  • Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and food safety guidelines
  • Record batch details, production data, and maintain logs
  • Report any technical issues or deviations to supervisors
  • Minimize wastage and ensure efficient use of raw materials
