Job Description

  • Handle customer inquiries related to vehicles, service, and dealership offerings
  • Coordinate between customers and sales/service teams for smooth operations
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
  • Follow up with customers for feedback, service reminders, and sales leads
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and escalations
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention
  • Support showroom/service center operations as required
