  1. Handle customer service appointment bookings
  2. Send service reminders via calls/SMS/email
  3. Record and resolve customer complaints
  4. Collect post-service feedback (CSAT surveys)
  5. Coordinate between workshop and customers
  6. Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports
  7. Update customers on service status
  8. Support customer retention and satisfaction programs
