Job Description

  • Service Scheduling & Reminders: Proactively calling customers for service due dates, booking appointments, and following up on service measures.
  • Customer Handling: Welcoming customers at the service center, addressing queries, and providing feedback calls (PSF - Post Service Feedback).
  • Database Management: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer records and service history in the CRM system.
  • Complaint Resolution: Promptly addressing customer grievances and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Revenue Generation: Promoting Value Added Services (VAS), Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and insurance renewals.
