Job Description

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the service center.
  2. Ensure smooth coordination between customers and service technicians.
  3. Manage customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  4. Follow up with customers on service updates, service reminders, and after-service satisfaction.
  5. Maintain accurate service records and customer data in the CRM system.
  6. Assist in promoting additional services, packages, and accessories to customers.
  7. Support the Service Manager in day-to-day operational activities.
  8. Ensure adherence to company policies and customer service standards.
