Job Description

  • Customer Support & Query Handling: Managing inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries regarding policy details, services, and offers.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Operations & Administration: Managing CRM-based operations, order management, and assisting with documentation for policy issuance, renewals, or endorsements.
  • Claims Assistance: Assisting clients through the claim submission process.
  • Lead Generation/Sales: In some roles, converting service calls into new business leads or promoting additional insurance products.
  • Liaison: Coordinating with internal teams, branches, or bank partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
