Conduct routine quality control (QC) testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
Perform chemical, physical, and microbiological analysis as per standard procedures.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP).
Maintain accurate laboratory records, test results, and reports.
Assist in troubleshooting production or quality issues.
Support R&D activities for product development and improvement.
Monitor inventory of lab chemicals and reagents, and ensure proper storage.
Coordinate with production and QA teams to maintain consistent product quality.
