Job Description

  1. Perform quality testing of milk and dairy products.
  2. Analyze fat, SNF, acidity, and adulteration levels.
  3. Maintain laboratory records and testing reports accurately.
  4. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  5. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment properly.
  6. Collect and test raw milk and finished product samples.
  7. Monitor product quality during processing and packaging.
  8. Identify quality issues and report them to management.
  9. Follow standard operating procedures for laboratory testing.
  10. Ensure cleanliness and safety inside the laboratory.
  11. Assist production teams in maintaining product standards.
  12. Prepare chemical solutions and calibration procedures when required.
