Job Description

  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor sugarcane crops and provide technical guidance to farmers.

  • Serve as a liaison between the company and village-level farmers to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Support in training farmers on improved cultivation techniques and pest management.
  • Ensure timely reporting of field activities to management.
