Job Description

    • ustomer Interaction: Greet customers, listen to concerns, and explain the repair process, timelines, and costs.
    • Estimating & Documentation: Create detailed repair estimates using DMS (Dealer Management System), initiate work orders, and manage insurance claim documentation.
    • Workflow Management:
       Coordinate with technicians to monitor repair progress and update customers on status changes
      .
  • Quality Control & Delivery: Inspect repaired vehicles for quality, ensure they are clean, and manage the final vehicle handover.
  • Conflict Resolution: Handle customer complaints professionally.
