Job Description

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the body shop.
  2. Assess vehicle damage and provide accurate cost and time estimates.
  3. Liaise between technicians, parts department, and customers.
  4. Ensure repair schedules are maintained and deadlines met.
  5. Provide regular updates to customers about repair progress.
  6. Maintain accurate records of repair work and approvals.
  7. Monitor quality of work in the body shop to ensure standards.
  8. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
