Job Description

  • Operational Management: Oversee the entire BMC unit operations, including receiving, testing (sampling for fat/SNF), and chilling milk.
  • Quality & Hygiene Control: Ensure strict adherence to FSSAI guidelines, maintain cleanliness of equipment and premises, and ensure milk quality standards are met.
  • Logistics & Maintenance: Coordinate timely transportation of chilled milk to production plants and ensure regular maintenance of BMC machinery.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate daily records of milk collection, testing, and dispatch.
  • Coordination: Manage farmer relationships, supervise support staff, and handle procurement activities.
