  • Verify PO and billing details.
  • Maintain billing records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with dispatch and accounts teams.
  • Process GST-related billing entries.
  • Prepare debit/credit notes.
  • Reconcile invoices with customer requirements.
  • Track pending payments and billing issues.
  • Update ERP/software billing data.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely invoicing.
