Job Description

  • Perform and supervise incoming inspection of raw materials and components
  • Develop and implement incoming quality control procedures and standards
  • Review supplier quality documents such as COA, test reports, and inspection reports
  • Handle non-conforming materials and ensure proper segregation and disposition
  • Coordinate with suppliers for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Conduct supplier quality audits and performance evaluations
  • Maintain inspection records, reports, and quality documentation
  • Ensure compliance with ISO/quality management systems
  • Work closely with production, purchase, and supplier teams to resolve quality issues
  • Lead a team of quality inspectors (if applicable
