Job Description

1. Product Costing & MIS

  • Prepare and maintain product costing records
  • Analyze cost structures and variances
  • Prepare MIS reports for management decision-making

2. Sales Accounting

  • Handle sales accounting entries and records
  • Ensure accuracy in billing and revenue recognition
  • Monitor sales-related financial data

3. Reconciliation

  • Debtors and customer account reconciliation
  • Bank and vendor reconciliation in SAP
  • Resolve discrepancies in accounts

4. SAP Operations

  • Manage SAP transactions related to vendors, bank, receipts, and accounting entries
  • Ensure data accuracy in SAP system

5. Reporting

  • Prepare periodic financial and operational reports
  • Support management with cost and sales insights
