Job Description

    • Operational Oversight: Evaluate, monitor, and improve the daily operations, cleanliness, and efficiency of all assigned locations.
    • Performance & Sales Management: Set, track, and achieve sales targets and KPIs, while developing strategies to maximize profitability.
    • Leadership & Human Resources:
       Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate store managers, fostering a high-performance team culture

  • Policy Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company procedures, safety regulations, and legal standards across all sites.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Analyze sales reports and operational data to provide regular updates to senior management and resolve performance bottlenecks.
