Job Description

  • Act as the primary advisor on labour laws including Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, CLRA, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.
  • Ensure 100% statutory compliance across multiple locations.
  • Lead implementation readiness for New Labour Codes (Code on Wages, OSH Code, etc.).
  • Draft and review HR policies, employment contracts, standing orders, and legal documentation.
  • Handle disciplinary proceedings (show cause notices, charge sheets, domestic inquiries).
  • Represent the organization before Labour Authorities, Tribunals, and Courts.
  • Manage employee grievances and termination disputes while minimizing legal risks.
  • Oversee compliance for PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.
  • Liaise with government authorities for inspections and compliance matters.
  • Support POSH Internal Committee and guide on sensitive HR matters.
  • Handle retrenchment, layoffs, and union negotiations where required.
