1- CA with expertise in SAP 2- Preferably from a dairy background.
Financial Statement Preparation: Overseeing the preparation and finalization of crucial financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account (Income Statement), and Cash Flow Statements, in compliance with approved accounting standards (like IND AS in India).
Audit and Compliance: Coordinating internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation to auditors, and ensuring all financial processes adhere to regulatory requirements (e.g., GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
Financial Planning and Analysis: Managing budgeting, financial forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis to provide management with timely and accurate Management Information System (MIS) reports for decision-making.
Cash Flow and Treasury Management: Implementing strategies for effective cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations, including liaising with banks and financial institutions.
Leadership and Mentorship: Leading and mentoring the accounts and finance team, ensuring proper accounting methods, policies, and principles are established and followed.
