Job Description

  • Assist the Customer Relationship Manager in managing assigned client accounts.

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing queries and service requests promptly.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.

  • Monitor client accounts, track service requests, and maintain accurate records.

  • Help identify opportunities for service improvement and client engagement.
