Assist the Customer Relationship Manager in managing assigned client accounts.
Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing queries and service requests promptly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
Monitor client accounts, track service requests, and maintain accurate records.
Help identify opportunities for service improvement and client engagement.
Prepare reports on client interactions, service metrics, and account status for management review.
Support client onboarding and provide guidance on products/services as needed.
Participate in periodic client meetings or calls, taking notes and following up on action items.
