Job Description

  • Billing & SAP Management
    • Generate invoices and process billing in SAP.
    • Maintain accurate purchase and inventory records.
  • Outstanding Control
    • Monitor and control outstanding payments related to Poly Milk supply.
    • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely settlements.
  • General Accounting
    • Maintain day-to-day financial transactions and accounting records.
    • Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and reconciliations.
    • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
