Job Description

  • Handle daily cash collection, deposits, and reconciliation
  • Maintain cash book and petty cash records
  • Prepare and update accounting entries in software (billing, receipts, vouchers)
  • Manage customer payments (cash, card, online transfers)
  • Coordinate with sales and service teams for invoicing
  • Bank reconciliation and basic ledger maintenance
  • Ensure accuracy in financial records and reporting
  • Support monthly closing and audit requirements
