Job Description

  • Supervise daily milk procurement and collection activities at assigned centers
  • Ensure proper collection, measurement, and handling of milk
  • Maintain and monitor milk quality standards (fat, SNF, adulteration checks, etc.)
  • Coordinate with farmers, village collection agents, and transporters
  • Ensure timely dispatch of milk to processing units
  • Handle basic field-level issues and resolve farmer queries
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of milk procurement data
  • Submit daily/weekly reports to the procurement/operations team
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and hygiene standards
